Isheanesu Chirisa is an experienced human rights lawyer and development practitioner, with over 18 years of experience in human rights and developmental work. She holds a Masters of Laws in Human Rights and Constitutional Law, a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree and several post graduate qualifications including Publics Relations, Digital Marketing, Legislative Drafting, Business Promotions, Monitoring and Evaluation. She has worked in various contexts including public, non-governmental and private sectors. She is experienced in multi-sectoral approach in leading and implementing projects in many technical areas, including livelihoods, democracy and governance, economic justice, access to justice, human rights education, rule of law, gender, social inclusion, community engagement and capacity building.
Isheanesu has knowledge in strategic leadership, planning, policy formulation and management oversight. She sits on the Board of Trustees of Center for Natural Resource Governance, a non-governmental organisation that promotes economic justice for disadvantaged groups, equitable and sustainable use of resources in communities. In 2018, she was recognised by Megafest (local organisation) as an outstanding Advocate and leader of the year, in the Outstanding Women in Business category . The recognition was for a welcoming approach to doing business and defined business leadership.
Isheanesu has a huge passion for music and follows various music cultures and genres. She is also a fitness enthusiast and a budding Chef.

Titus Gwemende

Titus Gwemende is a regional civil society leader with almost 15 years’ experience working with international organizations and he primarily works of governance of natural resources, anti-corruption and African trade. Currently, he serves as Oxfam International Southern Africa Regional Natural Resources Governance Lead. He has written articles and provided news commentary on media houses like BBC, Reuters, Bloomberg, ABC News and local media houses in Zimbabwe.
He has spoken at major conferences including International Anti-Corruption Conference and other continental conferences on oil, mining and gas etc. He holds an MA in International Affairs from Ohio University (US). He is a Draper Hills Fellow at Freeman Spogli Institute at Stanford University (US) and Reagan Fasceal Fellow with National Endowment for Democracy (US)

Samson Ntambalika leads the Emole Group, S.A. directing cross-functional teams, driving performance and nurturing subject matter expertise. As Chief Forensic Investigator & Fraud Examiner, Samson directs compliant service delivery of strictly governed time, cost and quality deliverables on each project.
Fully invested in the success of the Group and its multinational client base, he delivers a successful operational blueprint for the Forensic Audit Department, growing market capture and business revenues by 50% through demonstrated technical marketing leadership. Samson is also an Associate with independent audit, accounting and financial advisory firm, Baker Tilly, and Board Member of global corruption watchdog Transparency International’s Zimbabwe Chapter (TIZ).
A Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Samson is as astute business strategist, expertly initiating continuous process and procedural improvements that assure multi-functional integration of streamlined client operations.

Nqobile Munzara

Nqobile Munzara is a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public with the High Court of Zimbabwe. She holds an LLB Degree with the University of Cape Town, and an MBA with the University of Gloucestershire.
She began her career in private practice at Coghlan & Welsh in Bulawayo, and has worked as a Legal and Corporate Governance Executive in Government, media, and the financial services sector. Nqobile was the Secretary, Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Bankers Association of Zimbabwe during the period between 2014 and 2019 and is a Founding Member and the Chairman of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Governance Officers. She has co-authored a book titled “A Guide to the Companies & Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31) with Commentary, Checklist for General Counsel, and Annexes”.
Nqobile is also an HIV Activist and Mentor, with a focus on HIV-prevention for young people aged 13 to 24. She does her work through Culture Shock Trust, an NGO she founded in 2008. She is the author of a High School Textbook and Teachers Guide, titled “What's MY Risk? A Life Skills Guide for teenagers on sex, sexuality, HIV/AIDS, suicide, drugs and other social challenges”, as well as a career guidance book titled “ZimEd Prospectus 2019 Edition”.

Nomakhosi Sandi-Shoko is a legal practitioner with a decade of experience in corporate and human rights law. Sandi-Shoko started in private practice and has worked with some of the biggest law firms in the region of Matabeleland including Titan Law where she is currently working.
Her passion for using the law to uplift communities has seen Nomakhosi being appointed to multiple boards from Civic Society Organisations such as Transparency International Zimbabwe as well as the Zimbabwe Women’s Lawyers Association where she is currently serving as the board chairperson scholar and a 2014 alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship (YALI) among other professional international fellowships

Faith Zaba

Faith Zaba is the Zimbabwe Independent Editor, making her one of the few women in Zimbabwe holding the highest position in mainstream media. Faith has 29 years’ experience in the media, where she has worked for the private and public print media as well as on-line publications and television and radio.
Her passion, through her work, is strengthening democracy, transparency and accountability and exposing corruption in government, parastatals and the private sector. She believes that human rights, freedom of speech and expression are the foundation stone of democracy and a free society.
Faith has dedicated her life advocating for media freedom, freedom of speech and expression. She is a trustee of the Zimbabwe chapter of the Media Institute of Southern Africa and Zimbabwe Forum of Editors deputy secretary-general. She is also an award winning journalist in Zimbabwe and mentors young journalists and women.
She holds a diploma in Mass Communication from Harare Polytechnic College and a Master of Arts degree in International Communication from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She also just attained a Media Management certificate from the University of Witwatersrand.

Deborah Barron

Deborah Barron’s original background was in Library and Information Science, working in libraries in England and Zimbabwe, culminating in running the National Free Library in Bulawayo.
She then joined the Legal Resources Foundation, a NGO that provides legal services and promotes human rights among the vulnerable through its network of offices throughout Zimbabwe. She filled several roles over the years, retiring as the National Director at the end of 2018 but remains active, taking up short term consultancies in support of development work.
